What a night!
Over 100 Jewnity players and friends came together at Kapara Restaurant for our Summer 2025 Bash—an unforgettable evening of connection, celebration, and community.
We celebrated Yair Shpiler, Founder of Jewnity Sports, on his 21st birthday, and marked the powerful day of 12th of Tammuz (Chag HaGeulah)—the day the Frierdiker Rebbe was miraculously released from Soviet prison after being imprisoned for keeping Judaism alive. We gathered for a heartfelt farbrengen, reflecting on his bravery and what true freedom means to us today.
While our grandparents fought for the right to practice Judaism openly, we reminded ourselves that the “prison” of our generation is often internal—our own self-limiting thoughts. Together, we shared how we can break through those barriers and live with greater Jewish pride and confidence, on and off the court.
We enjoyed delicious food (including schnitzel sandwiches the length of a table!), uplifting music, and incredible energy and friendships.
